A: We work with jewelry suppliers that have values similar to ours when it comes to this issue: We don't support the use of conflict diamonds and instead support ethical supply chains.
A: Absolutely! We make an effort to work with suppliers that produce fair trade/ethical products and support ethical production, wages, and prices no matter what country they operate in.
A: Yes. We make an effort to provide accurate product listings and don't support the sale of counterfeit jewelry. We do use synthetic materials in addition to natural ones, but this is noted in the product descriptions, so that customers know what they're buying.
A: At this time, we do not offer international shipping and ship within the USA only. We may expand in the future.
A: We use multiple warehouses located in the USA. Some unique items do not come from warehouses, but are shipped directly from smaller artisans that we work with and who have allowed us to sell their products.
A: No, we are an online-only retailer.
A: Yes, that is not a problem at all. You will simply get different shipping confirmations, tracking numbers, and packages for each item. This happens because we will ship products when they are ready for shipping, rather than waiting for others that might be slower to package (such as handmade items coming from independent designers).
A: Yes, it can. Our suppliers are still shipping to the best of their ability, but they must also keep safety in mind, which can lead to extended shipping times.
